Global Express Shipping (DHL) 2 - 5 Business Days FREE Express Shipping on Orders Over $200

All international orders are shipped with DHL using Shippit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frame is an estimation provided by DHL and delivery time may vary between countries. Generally the closer you are to Australia, the sooner you will receive your package!

All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period. If you are after an update on the status of your order, please get in touch at info@pe-nation.com

Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some international orders may be delayed with couriers. We would recommend enquiring with your local delivery service as to if this may affect you.

P.E Nation does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to P.E NATION, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.


RETURNS

Although we hope you love all your items from P.E Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

P.E Nation will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Orders placed between 1st December 2021 and the 24th December 2021 are eligible for our extended Christmas Return Policy and have up to the 14th January 2022 to return your Full Price items.

  1. Items must be returned with 21 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including an R.A Number obtained by our Customer Care

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.. Any items returned outside the 21 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

HOW TO RETURN WITHIN UNITED STATES:

  • We will email you within the next business day with your Return Authorisation Form and FREE shipping label
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and attach the shipping label provided on the outside of your parcel
  • Drop your parcel off at a convenient USPS drop off. Click here to search location drop-off points.
  • Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund, exchange or store credit

HOW TO RETURN REST OF THE WORLD:

  • Please click here to complete your returns request
  • We will email you within the next business day with your Return Authorisation Form and return shipping address
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order
  • Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and send back to our Sydney warehouse
  • Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund, exchange or store credit
